Shipping & Returns
Shipping Policy
Free shipping on every order. We currently ship to addresses in the United States only.
Processing time. Orders are prepared within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.
Delivery time. Most orders arrive within 7–12 business days from the date you place them. During holidays and peak seasons, carriers may need a few extra days.
Tracking. As soon as your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number so you can follow your package.
Multiple items. If you order more than one product, your items may arrive in separate packages on different days. You won’t be charged extra for this.
Address accuracy. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us through our Contact page as soon as possible. We can update the address only if the order hasn’t shipped yet.
Lost or late packages. If your tracking hasn’t updated in 7 days, or your order hasn’t arrived within 15 business days, contact us. We’ll work with the carrier and, if the package is lost, send a free replacement or a full refund.

Returns & Refunds
30-day returns. If you’re not happy with your purchase, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery.
Damaged, defective, or wrong item. Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. We’ll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice. You don’t need to send the item back.
Changed your mind? Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days. Contact us first so we can give you the return address. Return shipping is paid by the customer, and we refund the full product price once the item arrives.
Items we can’t accept. Items that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery, and items returned without contacting us first.
How to start a return.
1. Contact us through our Contact page with your order number and the reason for the return.
2. We’ll reply within 1 business day with next steps (and the return address, if needed).
3. Once approved, your refund is issued to your original payment method.
Refund timing. Refunds are processed within 3 business days of approval. Depending on your bank, it can take 5–10 business days for the money to show on your statement.
Order cancellations. You can cancel for a full refund until your order ships. Contact us as soon as possible.
